How we track down a leak
The stain on your ceiling is rarely directly under the hole in your roof. Water runs along the deck and framing before it drips, especially when wind pushes rain in sideways. We start from the attic and the roof to find where the water is actually getting in, because patching the wrong spot just means another leak next season.

Can you repair just one section of a roof?
Often, yes. We can replace shingles or flashing in the damaged area. On older roofs, new shingles may not match perfectly, and we'll tell you up front if that's likely.
