Roof Replacement in Boise, Idaho
Bravo Roofing LLC replaces residential roofs in Boise and across the Treasure Valley. A typical replacement includes tear-off, deck inspection, new underlayment and shingles, ventilation and full cleanup, and many roofs are finished in one or two days.
Signs it's time for a new roof
- Your asphalt shingle roof is around 20 to 25 years old
- Shingles are curling, cracking or missing in several areas
- Granules are collecting in your gutters
- Leaks keep coming back after repairs
- The roof deck looks soft or sagging
One of these on its own doesn't always mean replacement. We'll tell you whether a repair would do the job.
How a roof replacement works
Here's what to expect from start to finish.
- Inspection and estimate: we check the roof, attic and ventilation, then give you a detailed written estimate.
- Materials: you choose the shingle style and color. We help you compare the options.
- Permits: we handle the paperwork where a permit is required.
- Tear-off: the old roofing comes off, and we protect your home and landscaping as we go.
- Deck check: we inspect the roof deck and tell you about any damaged areas before covering them.
- Installation: underlayment, flashing, shingles and ventilation go on.
- Cleanup: we clear debris and sweep for nails before we leave.
Roofing material options
Architectural asphalt shingles are the most common choice in the Treasure Valley because they offer good value and durability. We also offer designer and presidential shingle styles for homes where appearance or HOA rules matter, and we can install metal roofing, which costs more but can offer a longer service life.

What homeowners say
“I recently had my roof replaced by Bravo Roofing. They did an amazing job. Got my old roof removed and my new roof completely installed all in the same day. They left my yard cleaner than when they got there. I would highly recommend Bravo Roofing.”— Jamie Palomarez, Boise
“I had some issues with my roof leaking from wind driven rain damage and called multiple roofing companies to come out and inspect. Bravo Roofing was one of the quickest to respond, came out promptly and gave us a fair estimate on the spot. Not only was their price fair but Kyle the owner, is a very polite down to earth person who was professional throughout the entire project and uses high quality materials. Their roofs come with a great warranty on the materials and installation. Overall it was a great experience and I have nothing negative to say about it. Roof was fully replaced in one long day. I would recommend Bravo Roofing for all your roofing needs big or small.”— Nick Steinkraus, Boise

How long does a roof replacement take?
Many roofs are finished in one or two days. Size, pitch, weather and any deck repairs can change that, and we'll give you a realistic timeline with your estimate.
Do I need to be home during the work?
Usually not, as long as we can reach the property and you're reachable by phone. We'll go over the details before the job starts.
Will you clean up afterward?
Yes. Cleanup is part of every replacement, including debris removal and sweeping for nails.
